I would have prefered Angelus to be. It was suppose to be *stupid WB prducers*. I think it would have been more interesting, and a better dynamic for Angel and Spike's relationship if it had been Angelus who sired him.

There's also a recurring theme in Spangel fics also that both Drusilla and Angelus sired Spike at the same time.

I like Drusilla, because it totally fits in with his "mommy issues" that we find out about later.
