she acted as her big sister when buffy and willow became a bit absent! after dawn i would say buffy!

I would say Dawn, then Buffy, also Giles, and I think Spike liked her too. She didn't put him down nearly as much as the others (or did she EVER?).

Far and away Dawn. When Tara left Willow there was the losing a parent type of dynamic between them. When they got back together she nearly jumped out of her skin. Dawn was more kin to Tara than any of her blood relations ever were.

definitely. Shestepped in as her mother figure when buffy was being all weird and distant. Also buffy became very close to Tara. Then maybe Giles or even Anya. They seem to get along well when they're together :P

I agree. Dawn definitely viewed Tara as a mother figure. There was an incredible bond between them. After that, I'd say Buffy. Especially in season 6. Buffy confided in Tara quite a bit and respected her opinion.

Tara was like an older sister/mother figure for her when buffy wasnt around and i think dawn was more comfortable opening herself up to Tara because Tara didnt judge her.

and she still hung around dawn even after willow and her broke up
