Buffy needed help to fight Glory, and even with help she ended up sacrificing herself. I don't think Faith would be any different.

Unless this is a scenario where Faith knows about the Ben/Glory connection and Glory is currently Ben. Then I think Faith would be ruthless enough to kill Ben in order to kill Glory.
