And season 5 comes second, in my opinion. She was really delving into her training in that season. Season 6- she was a schlump. ;D

defo season 5, i felt in season 7 the fights weren't as original or as well choreographed, and well she kept getting trashed by vampires

I know she kept getting injured with glory too but she's a god and she bloody well gave well back

Do you remember this fight at the beginning of "Buffy vs Dracula"?Buffy just kicks the vamp's ass in a very artistic way.
As a gymnast,I looove it. Then, the fight with Dracula is great.
Oh, and there's this fight on the trailer in "Spiral" which is just amazing!
To conclude, I would say that all the Buffy/Glory fights are part of my all-time favorite fights so I definitely pick Season 5.

Hmmm, this is thought provoking (My thoughts don't like to be provoked, they get all antsy). I'm going with season seven because her fighting was most likely at it's best but it's not showcased the same way it is in other seasons. When I think of my favorite Buffy battles my mind instantly goes to Buffy vs. Angelus in Becoming Part II and Buffy vs. Faith in Graduation Day and then again in This Year's Girl. Those fights just always have both the cinematic elements that grab me and the emotional pull that makes it more than the normal fight. If you close your eyes right now can't you picture the Buffy and Faith standoff? That fight is huge.

Then you have Buffy and Glory or Buffy fighting in Anne or Spiral. All of them are just amazing but each year Buffy is training and growing as a character. It is because of her growth that I am going with season seven. We really only have Showtime and Caleb to go with but if you weigh in the fact that the bad guys are badder she has to be better to kick their evil arses.
