Many Buffy fans claim that Spike is Buffy's biggest love. This is totally wrong. Here I will explain why.
As we all know Riley is not Buffy's biggest love. He was just someone who helped Buffy ease her pain after Angel's goodbye. She used him only for sex.
Exactly the same happened with Spike. She never really loved him. He was a "sex machine". But with Angel it was different. Even if they did not have sex she stayed with him proving how much she loved him.
As you all know Buffy's "i love you" to Spike was not real. She told it because she knew he was going to die. But she told "i love you" to Angel not one but many times. And she meant it.
I could possibly find other things but I want to hear your opinion too.
Dracula
Dracula
I was bored, so I thought I'd start on my Buffy Vs. Dracula fanfic.
All characters are property of Joss "One of the best writers in the world" Whedon.
This takes place in an alternate season 5 timeline.
This starts directly after Dracula bites Buffy.

PART ONE:

SUNNYDALE
DRACULA'S MANSION
"If I ask for their help, they will see me as a weakling, someone who they can use easily," I thought to myself. "But if I don't... they might destroy me, my reputation." I walked over to the window and picked up the phone. I dialed the number they had given me.
"Wolfram & Hart, Antoinette speaking" said a voice...

In the End, Some other Greatest Pains, Become your Greatest Strengths."

This quote reminds me of Buffy. It shows about how grow up and live her pain over seven years. Thats what made her "Powerful Slayer". Just like Faith, Spike and Angel.

+Reasons+

When Buffy Summers first came to Sunnydale, she was newbie slayer. She was chosen to be the only slayer in Sunnydale. Something that she has to accept through Giles and Scoobies. Buffy was beginning to learn her power through the first year of High School. Experiencing True Love with a vampire with a soul "Angel". When Buffy was about to defeat "The...

This is my first article. *deep breath* Here I go.

Willow. When I think think Willow, I think many things. Sweet and smart. Dorky, and also powerful. She is one of the many perks and bright sides to this amazing show. Willow is loved by almost everyone, so her relationships are often smooth, carefree, and happy. For a little while at least. Like with Oz.

Willow's relationship with Oz was mostly like any other high school relationship, besides the fact she's a witch and he's a werewolf. They chatted in the hall ways. They went to movies and had interesting conversations about the popcorn the next...

I thought I'd make an article full of funny Buffy quotes. Enjoy :)

Willow: I mean, why else would she be acting like such a b-i-t-c-h?
Giles: Willow, I think we're all a little too old to be spelling things out.
Xander: A bitca?

Snyder: There are some things I can just smell. It's like a sixth sense.
Giles: No, that would be one of the five.

Spike: I may be love's bitch, but at least I'm man enough to admit it.

Spike: It's a big rock. I'm going to tell all of my friends. None of them have a rock this big.

Oz: Hey, did everybody see that guy just turn to dust?

Buffy: Have I ever let you down?
Giles: Do...

The hot water hit her icy cold skin; feeling like pricks of ice, at the same time burning her. The whole experience was shockingly pleasant. After quickly shampooing her hair, she heard the door creak open. She peaked through the shower curtain just to be certain it was him-- of course it was. He was stripping down, pulling off his jeans then folding them neatly on the counter. Dawn grinned.

Exactly thirty seconds later (Dawn counted silently in her head) Connor stepped in the shower from behind her and slipped his hand around her waist. His cold skin brought back the pricks.

"Sorry I took so...

Buffy the Vampire Slayer was created by Joss Whedon for the purpose of subverting sexist conventions in the horror genre. Joss describes himself as a feminist, and he promotes feminism through the characters and storylines of Buffy. But while characters may behave in a feminist way, I got to thinking about how feminism itself is depicted in the Buffyverse – it exists as a movement there as it does here, after all. So, here’s a study of how feminism as a movement is portrayed in the Buffyverse.

First of all, I think it’s a good idea to try to get a grip on what Joss’ views are specifically....

I am very sorry for the long delay for the 20-11, it has been an extremely difficult couple of months at uni, with big loads of coursework and exams so its taken me a while to get down to it.

As many of you know we created a forum page in which Fanpopper’s listed their top 20 Buffyverse characters. The results were tallied and the overall result was I have to admit different to what I imagined. I hope you enjoy the read, and please this is a collective of favourite characters not my own so no blaming me if your favourite character is not number 1.

Enjoy.

I've been seeing something different about the two characters. Buffy a slayer who is off track with her slayage and Spike a vampire with a government chip in his head and fallen in love with Buffy.

SEASON 6

Buffy and Spike's relationship in this season was about understanding, compassion, denial, feelings developing so quickly and rape. Buffy who was brought back to life by her own friends being ripped out of "Heaven" crawling out her grave. Feeling very shacky, and disoritented from crawling a grave. Spike his character about having that bad boy act around Buffy, making her feel for him very sexual....

I have something of a problem with Buffy's relationship with the Scoobies:

"BUFFY'S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SCOOBIES"

I just finished watching the Season 3 episode, (3.07) "Revelations". I find myself recalling the scene in which the Scoobies reveal to Buffy that they know that Angel was still alive and she had been keeping his presence a secret from them. Apparently, Xander had decided to spy on Buffy, due to her secretive nature and found her kissing Angel.

Now, I realize that they had a right to be angry that she failed to tell them about Angel being alive. But . . . God, this scene pissed me...

Ok, so I don't know if anybody else will be interested in this, but I want to rank the seasons in order from my favorite to my least favorite, and explain why. Here we go:

Season 2: Do I even need to say why I love this season? I loved the increase in Bangel and the introduction of Spike. I am not as big a fan of Angelus as some people, but I think his introduction lead to one of the best season finales of the series. I also started to really like Kendra, which made the finale even sadder for me.

Season 7: I feel like this season started off a little slow, but it did almost immediately give us...

1. Uh, one word: Spike.

2. Action. I'm a sucker for those fast paced, down-and-dirty fist fights!

3. Character development. Watching shy, scrawny, 10th graders turn into strong, powerful, adults is very engrossing, you must admit.

4. Romance & drama. Who doesn't love complex love triangles, hot sex scenes, and intimate relationships? It doesn't hurt to thrown in some gypsy curses and werewolf complications either.

5. Humor. I enjoy a good LOLing.

6. Fantasy. Magic and warlocks, demons and vampires, are all a part of the Buffy package.

7. Message. Who's for feminism?

8. Vampires. Anything...

Warren, preparing to shoot Buffy
Warren, preparing to shoot Buffy
Buffy the Vampire Slayer is a TV show rife with thematic meaning, much of it of a traditional liberal nature. Throughout the course of the show and especially in the sixth season, Buffy has displayed an anti-gun ideology. I both disagree with this philosophy and believe that the show contradicts itself through the promotion of other weapons that fulfill the same purpose.

“These things? Never helpful,” Buffy says to a security guard regarding the gun he tried to use against a demon in the season six episode Flooded. While it refers to the effectiveness of the weapon against a supernatural...

Alright, well, this soapbox isn't very good, cause it got written in a hurry, but it's basically my thoughts on souls in the Buffyverse.

“We can love you know. Quite well, if not wisely.”

So said by Drusilla to Buffy in Crush. Those words break down everything the council ever taught Buffy, that demons couldn’t love. The soul vs. soulless theory is that a demon can’t feel emotions, but, if that is true, than how could he feel hate? Anger, greed, lust. Those are all emotions. So is love.

“The saddest thing in the world is loving someone who use to love you.”

It is only with Angel...

Buffy The Vampire Slayer’s final television airing might have been as far back as 2003 (disregarding the repeats since, of course), but the popularity of Sarah Michelle Gellar’s cult kick-ass character is still strong. To capitalise on this, 505 Games has announced a deal with Warner Bros. to bring Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Sacrifice to the Nintendo DS.

Currently being worked on by Romanian development studio Beast, Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Sacrifice mixes third and first-person action to provide what 505 Games promises is “like nothing else on the Nintendo DS.” Based on the original...

It takes a teenager to love this teenager... Really. Take a poll. Dawn didn't appeal to the older crowd... But I don't think she was meant to. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was not created to appeal to a general audience.. It was for everyone. (Sure, mostly girls, but the guys were not excluded from the inner Buffy-loving circle.) So Buffy moved up in life. No more School. That's where Dawn comes in. Those teenage years are the hardest, (or so it seems then, but they're hard as hell.) and Dawn was there to represent that exact universal issue. Sure, her school life was not seen very much, but it...

After attempting to start a new life in Los Angeles, Buffy Summers (Sarah Michelle Gellar) returns to Sunnydale in season three. Angel (David Boreanaz) is resurrected due to unknown circumstances. While Buffy is happy to have Angel back, he seems to have lost much of his sanity in Hell. Buffy helps Angel recover but, having seen Angel's demonic side, Buffy's friends distrust him until he saves them from a monster.
Rupert Giles (Anthony Stewart Head) is fired from the Watchers' Council because he has developed a "father's love" for Buffy, and towards the end of the season Buffy announces that...
