Even though I personally loved them from the very beginning, but I didn't quite ship them handcore before S5, I just loved their interactions and chemistry. But S5 was completely amazing and heartbreaking for them and since then I knew I'll never sleep well untill they get together:)

When we finally got to see their past and on what exactly is their whole chemistry built :3

100th episode, the quotes, the feelings, the crying, the finale scene, the way they met, the shoes and bones, the first kiss and last but no least the looks <3

Season 5 was the culmination of there relationship.

I dont think there was a specific season, I just think every moment brought them closer to epic!
