can someone please tell me how to make icons from screencaps???

You have to use some kind of image editing program to resize the screencaps, so they are small enough to use in icons(100x100).

Its pretty simple!
All you need is a some sort of program like Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop, and make the icon size about 100X100, (Thats what size most icons are) and copy and paste whatever image you want into that one! Hope I helped!
