Booth and Bones Question

about 1x19_The Man in the Morgue(the Voodoo episode)...

i'm new to BONES and a bit slow when understanding things that are not said straight-out.

i wanna know what it means when Bones says 'it proves something' in the end of the episode when Booth gives her the lost earring.
i still can't get it...

Hey, welcome to Bones! =D
I take Brennan's answer as a sort of realization that Booth is really there for her. He risks his job to take something from a crime scene just because she loved it 'cause it was her mother's, and at the end she gets that he really trust her and cares for her...
At least that's what i think...hope it helps...=D

Well,Booth really did risked his job,but mostly to help Brennan not get arrested,'cause the detective said "If we find something that links you to the crime scene I will arrest you". Booth helped Bones once again.. OHH THOSE TWO R AMAZING 2GETHER !

He was proving to her that objects can have "magical powers" and they can mean more to people than just being things. Her earring proved that because she had explained to him that it was her mother's earring and when he found it for her and she got it back, she understood that even something as simple as an earring can affect someone and bring "magic" to their life.

That's kind of what i got from it.
