	theraconteur picked Read the book and watched the movie: I read the book before the movie and I'm glad I did. I loved the book and the insight it gave into Susanna's psyche. The movie added waaay too many events to add interest and it lost sight of the main themes in the book. My sister saw the movie and then tried to read the book and said she thought it was boring. posted over a year ago.
