Please excuse my sarcasm, but like everything during this recession caused by these two incompetent presidents back to back, it is worth the same as Diamond Rings, Baseball Cards, and Old Toys....whatever someone is willing to pay for it, I don't know what makes you think it's "personal", but it would cost a fortune to have that authenticated, ie DNA testing, so being that it's just an old photo of Bob Dylan if it's in good condition, I thionk the official value wouldn't be more than $30, and if you tried to sell it to a vintage record store, they'd probably give ya between ten an 15 bucks, and if I had it, I wouldn't sell it for less than $65, but I wouldn't pay more than $40, ok, so that should be pretty complete........I did some checking and 5-10 $ is what you can get for an old photo of a living music legend, but depending on how personal" it is and how good it looks, you could get up to $25 at a vintage shop.
