In the Season 4 finale Louis and Blair got engaged (ugh).

I want to point out something about all the new Chuck gifs that were just posted here. Look at the emotion, the heartbreak, the frustration that Ed conveys as this character. He's such an incredible actor and really gives Chuck Bass heart and soul. He literally made a villain into a person starting from season 1 and he made us all fall in love with Chuck despite all his mistakes and flaws.
