Who among you have a copy of this picture?

PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
It's my favorite picture of Chuck and Blair. And I can't find a copy of it anywhere. I just took a screenshot of it when I was watching and it isn't even clear.:(
It's the photo Blair keeps in her room that she almost made Dorota throw out. If I remember correctly, Chuck also has a copy of this photo in his Penthouse at The Empire.
Please help me out.:(
