Along with Nano Nagle, the soon to be canonised Irish educator, the next famous nagle in a line of succession begins with Edmund "Ned" Nagle, who IMHO is the model for Blackadder the Third
AND Horatio Hornblower, the evidence is irrefutable.
Next is Sir Richard Nagle who was Minister for War for King James II, and is buried next to his sovereign of choice at Le Chapel de Saint Germain en Laye in East Paris
Jeremiah "Jerry" Nagle is 'world famous in New Zealand' especially on Great Barrier Island, but also in Vancouver BC.
Lieutenant Colonel James Nagle is probably next on the list being the hero...
