What happened?

You wake up in a dark room. Upon further inspection, the room is quite small, and the door appears to be on the ceiling. You try to reach it, but it is only very slightly too far away... you sigh in disappointment and turn to survey your surroundings.
Turns out the door isn't the only thing that's in the wrong place: the entire room appears to be sideways. The walls (or rather floor and ceiling) are covered in posters of Miley Cyrus, Zac Efron, the Jonas Brother and -shudder- a shirtless Justin Bieber. All around what would be the wall but is now the floor are used band-aids, spoons and small stuffed ducks.
Suddenly, you hear a groaning sound in the corner. You spin around, only to see that I'm asleep in the corner with my hands tied behind my back.
