In 410 when Haley is in the hospital and they find out the baby is okay Nathan grabs her hand and she breaks down. Mark even said it was unscipted.

I think out of all the OTH couples, Joy and James have something very rare together that translates so well over screen and off. That something rare is what Mark [Schwahn] called "lightening in a bottle." They are truly a superior couple that captures and add specific details that makes the scenes so honest, so real, so loved. And those specific scenes, I mean a lot of those specific scenes are Joy and James' unscripted moments. Take after take, they show us that they are truly what love is really about and that is what make us LOVE them even MORE each and every day.

In 319 when Nathan and Haley are eating breakfast with Cooper; Haley accidentally bumps her elbow on Nathan's arm and he mouths 'sorry' and she smiles.

In 414 they are sitting on the sofa and Nathan is picking at fluff on her sock and she is playing with his hair.

In 111 when they get drunk and Nathan gives Haley a piggy back ride You can hear Bethany say under her breath 'your so strong' to James.
