Ultimate Tick-Tock's Powers: He can stop time for intervals of 9 minutes at a time. He can rewind it and fast forward it. He can also time travel, and people can join him if they are holding onto him. He can shoot sharp splinters at enemies from his fingers, and has extreme strength when he gets you in his grasps. If he travels back in time, he can revert back to original Tick-Tock or Ben, but just has to turn back to ultimate to go back to his own time. I didn't make this alien Paradox_King made it.
