Being Nice Question

my husband slept with my used to be best friend i forgave him so i said its been over a year how can i make myself get over it its tearing me down i need some advice note we werent married at the time

the thing is i wont to hurt her so bad but not phsycally mentally like she did me should i be over it i dont understand why i keep hanging on to it i forgave him but she would never admit it he did
