I know this question probably seems stupid and totally unrealistic, but it is something I have wondered about some time ago. Given that I hate children, am terribly unfit and my attitude towards army is pretty much summed up in "Catch 22", I consider it a difficult choice. Since I like thinking about absurd things, especially when I should be studying or doing something productive :), I decided to post it here.

For me, it's less about the choices and more about being forced to make a choice. I'd rather defy the government than submit to something like that.

@fanfly - I hate the idea of being forced to do something and I often find it as repelling as actually doing it. Yet, when faced with a comply or die choice, I would most probably do what I had to do, simply because I don't plan to die anytime soon and I've read too many dystopian novels to believe that one person is capable of winning with the totalitarian system.

I'm afraid of childbirth and I don't want to constantly worry about getting blown up by an enemy, so maybe this.

I actually want this so it wouldn't bother me at all. xD Like fanfly said it's more about the choice, but I personally wouldn't care that much if this is what I was forced into.
