i dont like katie holmes, specially now she is with tom cruise

I don't think I can properly answer this pick until I've seen Maggie Gyllenhaal's portrayal of Rachel Dawes.

Kind of hard to say since we haven't had a chance to see how Maggie does

I suppose I can't make a proper decision until I've seen the movie, but I never really liked Katie Holme's acting in the movie. It was not convincing, and Christian Bale and she (grammar?) had barely any chemistry.

On the other hand, I liked Maggie Gyllenhaal in Stranger Than Fiction, so here's hoping she does a good job!

Katie Holmes isn't that good of an actress. No matter what she does, it's still like Joey from Dawson's creek to me. A good actress could convince you otherwise. Gyllenhaal isn't that pretty as Holmes, but she seems more mature for the acting this role requires.
