Several actors have played Batman. There have been over five live action versions of Batman as well as various voice actors. People often discuss about which Batman actor is the best. I think that the best is Adam West.

1. Adam West stood out more than any other Batman actor

Adam West got to play Batman in a show that lasted over 100 episodes. That gave him plenty of time for his version of Batman to be memorable. Later on he got to voice Batman in cartoons which gave him a chance to play various versions of Batman. All of his performances as Batman are a memorable treat.

The other live action Batman actors had the problem of not being to truly shine. Michael Keaton played Batman in 2 films which primarly focused on the villains, Val Kilmer was in 1 film which is mostly remembered for the Riddler instead of Batman, and George Clooney's Batman film is memorable for the ice puns. Although Christian Bale got to have a very well done leading role in Batman Begins he had to share screentime with various characters in the sequels. Also Ben Affleck hasn't been in a solo Batman film.

2. Adam West is the most delightfully energetic Batman.

Having tons of energy doesn't seem like a quality that Batman tends to have. He works very well as a calm crimefighter. Despite how cool the serious versions of Batman are they lack the fun loving energy that Adam West had. Adam West's passion and enjoyable energy make him the most fun Batman that there's ever been.

3. Adam West's Batman is the most loveable.

Although Batman is one of the best fictional heroes ever it's doubtful that he would win a likeability contest. However Adam West's version of Batman is one of the most likeable heroes from any TV show. Adam West's Batman loved helping the people of Gotham and constantly believed that the villains he fought could redeem themselves. His Batman loved the world and refused to give up on making it a better place.

A big reason that this version was so likeable was that Adam West was a wonderful person in real life. He was honored to play Batman and was super grateful that he had fans of various generations. In interviews he was constantly eager to compliment his co-stars and fans. He truly was a hero in real life.

4. He's oddly the easiest Batman actor to take seriously.

I know this could sound absurd, but I truly find his Batman easy to view as a serious character. Adam West's Batman show was meant to be taken seriously by kids. The show is meant to be viewed as goofy by adults. Despite that I often view the show as serious and it often feels like a lighthearted, but serious and epic superhero show.

The other Batman actors are hard to take seriously. A big example of this is Christian Bale's Batman. Although Mr. Bale is a really talented and cool actor the scene where Batman screams to Bane about the trigger is super hard to take seriously. Another example is Ben Affleck's Batman. His Batman had several absurd scenes in Batman vs. Superman.

5. Adam West's Batman made doing nice and heroic things seem fun.

Although there are several admirable fictional characters a lot of them aren't that exciting or entertaining. Adam West's Batman had a passionate energy about doing the right thing. He was a wonderful reminder about how pleasant and lovely being a good person is.

Although he wasn't given proper credit during his lifetime, Bill Finger is now known as the true creator of Batman. Batman's other creator, Bob Kane, took all of the credit for Batman's creation. In actuality, Bob Kane mostly just came up with the initial idea for Batman. Most of what made people fall in love with Batman came from Bill Finger's creative mind. For decades, Bob Kane got 100% credit for Batman's creation, as well as a majority of the money and fame. However, Bill Finger got to retain his morality and humbleness. Because of this, I believe he was the true heart and soul of Batman....

When it comes to the entertainment industry, it becomes common to become absorbed in fame and fortune. Sadly, this can lead to people's morals being tested. Bob Kane was an example of this. His name was placed on every Batman comic. In fact, he was given full credit for Batman's creation and his comics. Bob Kane was someone who wanted fame and fortune. You're probably thinking that the creator of Batman, who did all the classic Batman comics, would deserve to be a famous legend. Well, Bob Kane would of deserved that if he actually was the one who did the Batman comics.

To say that Bob Kane...

"BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE" (2016) Review

Following on the heels of the success of 2013's "MAN OF STEEL", I had expected the Warner Brothers Studios to follow up with another movie about Superman, starring Henry Cavill. To my surprise, the studio had announced another movie featuring Superman, only the comic book character would be sharing top billing with another from the pages of D.C. Comics.

Warner Brothers had surprised me with the announcement that their next comic book movie would feature Superman aka Clark Kent co-starring with none other than Batman aka millionaire Bruce Wayne....

I miss the days of Batman. You might be wondering what that means, because there's plenty of new Batman content. However, I'm not talking about the dark, violent, anti-social vigilante who fights a clown that was disturbingly violent. I'm talking about the bright, heroic, fun superhero who fought a clown that was delightfully goofy. When I see people talk about who Batman is and what he's about, they usually describe the darker Batman from recent decades. It's sad to hear that, because that's not the Batman that Bill Finger created.

In Batman's first year, 1939, he was a dark vigilante. However,...

June of 2020 is a sad month for Batman months. First, Dennis O'Neil passes away and now, Joel Schumacher has passed away, as well. Joel Schumacher was the director of two Batman films. He directed 1995's Batman Forever and 1997's Batman and Robin. After Batman and Robin came out, it became common to mock Joel Schumacher and make fun of him. I believe he didn't get the respect he deserved and I'd like to take a moment to reflect on what made Joel Schumacher a good director.

Believe it or not, Tim Burton wasn't a fan of comics. Although he did like Batman and the Joker, he wasn't a superhero expert....

"THE DARK KNIGHT RISES" (2012) Review

After a period of seven years, Christopher Nolan's three-movie saga about the D.C. Comics character, Batman, finally came to an end. The saga that began with 2005's "BATMAN BEGINS", ended with 2012's "THE DARK KNIGHT RISES".

This third film, set seven years after 2008's "THE DARK KNIGHT", began with the aerial kidnapping of a nuclear scientist by an escaped terrorist named Bane. The scene shifted to Gotham City, where a fund-raiser was being held at Wayne Manor. The only person missing was millionaire Bruce Wayne, who had given up his vigilante activities...

Batman is a very popular superhero. He's been around since 1939. His creators are Bob Kane and Bill Finger.

Bob Kane is the one who came up with the plan to have a superhero called Batman. The reason for creating was Batman was likely to continue the superhero fad that Superman started. Although Bob Kane intended for Batman to be popular I doubt that he knew that his character would become one of the most beloved characters from any franchise. Bob Kane's main role in the Batman franchise was to be the artist of the comic books. His drawings are some of the greatest comic drawings of all time....

Batman Ninja is a 2018 Batman film. My review of the film is about the film's English dub.

The film is about Batman getting sent to Japan's past. He teams up with Catwoman and his regular helpers to stop the Joker. The Joker is being aided by Gorilla Grodd, Harley Quinn, Two-Face, the Penguin, Poison Ivy, and Deathstroke. Batman realizes that the people of Japan's past consider Batman to be a prophecy hero so Batman tries to live up to the hype.

The film's plot is pretty interesting and unique. Although having a film that's about Batman and Joker's rivalry is very typical nearly every other...

Batman Unlimited: Mechs vs. Mutants is part of the Batman Unlimited film series. The film is made for kids. Despite that there's a lot of fun things for Batman fans of any age.

Plot Info

The plot focuses on a partnership between the Penguin and Mr. Freeze. They have a plan that involves turning other super villains into mutants. Batman, Damian Wayne, and Green Arrow try to save Gotham from Penguin and Mr. Freeze's mutants.

Due to being a film that's for young kids the plot is more about action than complexity. However that works out well here. This film is fun. It has plenty of enjoyably cartoonish...
