Fasha (セリパ, Seripa) is a Saiyan warrior within the Saiyan Army and the only female member of Bardock's crew. Her name is a play on the name of the vegetable "parsley."

The original name of Fasha/Celipa was given to her by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru was Kōn (コーン), a pun of the vegetable "corn".[1]

In Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru's original character designs for the movie, Fasha/Seripa wore a Battle Armor with shoulder pieces. At her waist, their was a cloth like substance which resembles a skirt. Her hair was also more bushy and larger. It is obvious that these changed when Akira Toriyama finished...

The Saiyan Army (named only in the FUNimation Dub) was the Saiyan military force led by the king of Planet Vegeta, King Vegeta. Although, King Vegeta was not its ultimate ruler as, during this time, the Saiyan Army appeared to be a branch within Frieza's forces. It was eventually destroyed when Frieza destroys Planet Vegeta, and kills the entire Saiyan race (minus four to eight people) along with it.

The Army is first mentioned by Nappa when he states that he was its highest ranking and most powerful General.

The Saiyans took part in only one known conflict before the Saiyans were annexed...

Saiyans (サイヤ人, Saiya-jin) are a naturally aggressive warrior race who were nearly all obliterated by Frieza before the start of the Dragon Ball series. They play a central role in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT, once it is revealed that the protagonist Goku is actually a Saiyan who was sent to destroy Earth.

The name is a Japanese anagram of yasai (野菜), which is Japanese for vegetable, followed by the suffix jin (人 or じん) which is a Japanese suffix for person. Saiyajin may also be a play on Yajin, the Japanese word for wildman. Essentially, "Saiyan" is a more direct English...

Goku, known as Son Goku (孫 悟空?) in the original Japanese-language version,[1] is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball manga series written by Akira Toriyama. He is loosely based on Sun Wukong, a central character in Journey to the West. Goku is introduced as an eccentric, monkey-tailed boy who practices martial arts and possesses superhuman strength.[2] At first, Goku is believed to be an Earthling, but he is later revealed to be a member of an extraterrestrial warrior race called the Saiyans.[3]

In Dragon Ball, Goku trains himself in various martial arts...

King Vegeta (ベジータ王, Bejīta Ō) was the king of all Saiyans and the father of Vegeta and Tarble. He was also the commanding hero of the Saiyan Army, and led his people to victory in the Saiyan-Tuffle war, in which the planet was renamed in his honor. After his people were annexed by Frieza's planet trade organization, he had no choice but to pledge allegiance, but kept power over his people.

King Vegeta looks a lot like his son Vegeta himself, only with a beard and brown hair and is much taller. He wears the Vegeta Royal Family Crest on the left side of his armor, as did Prince Vegeta...

Tora (トーマ, Tōma) is the tall, masculine member of Bardock's team, a group within the Saiyan Army under the planet trade organization. His name is a pun on the word "tomato." In the original Japanese version, he is known as "Toma."

Tora is one of the taller members of Bardock's team and wears ice blue and black armor. His hair is flat at the top and kept in a small ponytail at the back, and his skin is a dark tan color.

Tora's original character design by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru differed much from the final draft by Akira Toriyama. Originally he had hair that closely resembled Vegeta's....

Raditz (ラディッツ, Radittsu) is the biological brother of Goku and the eldest son of Bardock. He was once a member of the Saiyan Army, but after his race's demise, he worked alongside Vegeta and Nappa directly for Frieza's planet trade organization. While working with a team led by Vegeta, Raditz traveled to Earth to discover if Kakarot (Goku's birthname) had finished the mission that he was sent on as a baby over two decades prior: the conquest of Earth. Upon arrival, however, Raditz discovered that Goku had lost his violent Saiyan tendencies and also had no knowledge of his ancestry...

Battle Armor[1] (called Saiyan Battle Armor by the Earthlings before the Namek Saga) is a standard-issue combat attire currently mandatory throughout the Planet trade organization.

Battle Armors are made of an unknown material, which is said to be stretchy, yet durable (Vegeta once remarked "one size fits all"). Even Vegeta as a Great Ape was able to wear his armor without having any size issues. They are known to shatter when dealt enough damage, showing that they are indeed hard and solid.

Vegeta says in Dragon Ball: Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!! that Battle Armor is the Saiyans'...

Finally I got my lazy self to make this Goten review!

Goten (孫悟天, Son Goten) is the second and last child of the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball series, Goku, and his wife, Chi-Chi, making him a Saiyan and Human hybrid. Goten was created in the series to replace Goku as Akira Toriyama wanted to retire Goku from the series, allowing Gohan to take command. However, Toriyama was forced to bring Goku back when the fans disapproved of the decision to replace him. Goten is Gohan's younger brother, and Trunks' best friend.

Goten's appearance is very similar to Goku's childhood look, including...

Gohan (孫 悟飯, Son Gohan) is the first son of Goku and Chi-Chi, the older brother of Goten, the husband of Videl and father to Pan. Gohan is also the first hybrid (half Human, half Saiyan) to appear in the series. He is named after Goku's adoptive grandfather, Gohan. Gohan's name is a homophone for gohan (御飯), the Japanese word for "cooked rice," which also refers to meals in general. In Mandarin, the reading of 悟飯 is homophone for 午飯 (wûfàn), meaning lunch.

Gohan is a shy and studious intellectual child. As a child, he lacks the Saiyan fighting spirit. He must utilize his...
