Anneliese doesn't spend time often with Erika. In fact, they have just already met on the town recently. Before they can spend time together as close friends, Anneliese is kidnapped by Preminger that they don't hang around together for much time.

Rosella and Luciana are not really friends. It's just Luciana being nice to Rosella doesn't mean they are friends. Delancy, at first, is even the "enemy" of Blair! Tori and Keira, almost like Anneliese and Erika, does't spend much time together.

On the other hand, Liana and Alexa lives together in the same house, shares the same hobby, which is music, and dream. They do fight, but they feel sorry afterward and get along well after that. They have adventure together too, most of the time in the movie.

Yeah, Liana and Alexa are perfect friends too. I like them too.
The reason I picked Anneliese and Erika is that altough they do not spend so much time together, they are helping each other, mainly Erika when she tries to save Anneliese by pretending to be the princess. Anneliese helps Erika by paying off the debt so Erika is free. So, they do not spend so much time together, but they are helping each other, one more time.
