I've recently rewatched both PaP and PCS, and in my opinion, PCS was much better (judging by the storyline). The only thing I didn't like about it was Kelly's absence.

I preferred its villain, it had Kelly in it, the songs were more than the PCS ones, and the characters were prettier... not to mention that there were more children. Meredith, Trevi, Charlotte, Emily... while PCS had only Emily

^That's true... but PCS had better characters, in my opinion at least, and a better storyline.
