Something interesting to read about FF

Yeah, that'd be a good point if it weren't for the fact you're planning on JUST DOING "SINGULARLY MODERN" THINGS NOW!!! It kind of irks me how he makes it sound like FF is sort of a "one off".
It's not even the first modern movie, either; remember Barbie Diaries? Thumbelina? Mermaid Tale? It really makes him look stupid when he says FF is their first modern movie.

All said true, Abbey. I add this link because of these words of Mr. Hudnut. (A good time to tell a story about modern Barbie- OMG, kill them somebody).
It lack only "Nutcracker" will be unpopular in the current audience, where everyone the fans of Hannah Montana and other rubbish from Disney Channel (from KDL).
Oh, correction: if FF is an interesting step; Nutcracker, Fairytopia and 12DP was uninteresting steps? They think, that it's too many modern things in Barbie movies. Kill them twice!

I wouldn't go as far as to say they were "uninteresting steps", but I really don't like how Mr Hudnut seems to be sweeping most of the other movies under the rug, for want of a better term. He seems to mention them as more of a statistic - "it's our 18th movie" - and seems to be putting an awful lot of emphasis on the fact that FF is their first modern film when it really, really isn't. He's just sitting there, hyping this up, and basically saying; "oh, yeah, we've done 17 other movies, but this is OUR FIRST MODERN ONE!!!"

I will agree on one thing, though; FF is pretty unique, even among the modern movies. It's not like Barbie Diaries or Thumbelina and it doesn't look like "Mermaid Tale, part 2" (unlike a certain upcoming film I could mention, but let's not go there). However, I just hate how he's going on about how unique it is when it's going to wind up among the first of a bunch of new, modern, fashion-orientated movies. No word about that, of course, or about why Kelly was fired, or any of the unpopular stuff like that.

(By the way, we need a calmer angry face. Mine looks more like "Mint's unhappy face" from the Nutcracker fanspot).

Yes, FF is not bad; if count, it has only four bad things: too many fuchsia, too many sparkles, Barbie's face looks like fish's head and...Kaarina on Kelly's place.

LOL at the fish's head comment. Seriously, Barbie's eyes are huge now. I thought they were okay in Three Musketeers, but they've gotten bigger with each new movie.
