The rules are:
You can nominate top 3 characters which you feel have the best outfit. You will write the character and its outfit. Like- Delancy Devin - Purple Coronation Gown.
You can renominate the characters which have not won the title.
Don't nominate the characters which have won this title.

And after that it will be published as a poll and the fans pick!
