These is a flashback chapter focus on Saba. I don't own Universal Studios or this film series.
Nome, Alaska, 1925.

A red-furred, two-month old Alaskan Husky-Wolf hybrid was howling on the backyard of her new home. She had quite a spirit. She was Balto's pup.

"I've got a neeeew home,
Aaaall alone,
I've found neeew home,
On my own."

"Not exactly Saba." Another pup called out. " Dakota and I are with you."

"I know, Dingo." Saba retorted. " Don't you have a sock you need to be chewing on?"

"Hey now." Dakota waddled through. " Let's not fight. Dad promised he would always check up on all of us.

" Well, knowing him." Saba rolled her eyes. "Mom will be the first one he actually goes to visit. I'm assuming we have time. I'm heading to the square." With that said, she turned to leave, but her timing could not have been worse. For right when she disappeared from sight, a gray furred Siberian Husky-Wolf came strolling in. It was their father, Balto!

"Hey guys." Balto smiled casually. "How's my pups?"

Dingo was astonished, but he knew he would be rude to not reply to his father. " Hi, Pa." He started out. " What are you doing here so early? Don't you normally visit Ma first?"

"Yeah well, it's true. I have to see my my Jenna." Balto shrugged. "But today, I've decided that I wanted to see my babies first. As much as I love your mother, she can wait and she knows it." Balto started to turn around. "Oh, and before I forget, I would like to let you know that I did not come alone."

Dingo and Dakota found out what their father was talking about as he turned around and showed them a cream-colored pup that resembled him. It was their sister, Aleu.

"Aleu!" Dingo and Dakota howled in pure excitement.

"Hi, boys." Aleu jump up and down vigorously.

"That's right." Balto beamed. " I brought your big sister to come say hi with me. Speaking of sisters, where's Saba?"

" Well Dad, that's the point." Dakota answered. " You showed up just when she was walking off somewhere. She actually thought you would be a while. No one's fault really. Just a matter of bad timing."

"Can you at least point me in the direction that she left?" Balto asked with sudden worry in his voice.

"She said something about heading to the town square." Dingo said innocently clueless.

"What!?" Balto said as he hurried to the town square. "Aleu, look after your younger brother's okay. I'll be right back!"

"Okay, Papa." Aleu replied, playfully sitting up and assuming a militant position. Just then, she sniff the air and caught a familiar scent, she smiled deviously and began crouching down towards a barrel. She then lunged at the object. Dingo and Dakota laughed to see that she was merely attacking their wimpy runt brother, Kodiak.

"Dingo! Dakota!" Kodiak desperately screamed as Aleu was chewing on his face and neck. "Don't just sit there! Help!" Dingo and Dakota just simply laughed on.

Saba was walking into the Town Square wood-style and spice in every step and she started to bark and how the only way she knew.

"Click clack,
you know where it's at,
It's Balto's Pack,
Yeah, it's Balto's Pack."

Saba seemed to be having the time of her life, but little did she know, she was not alone. Some distance away from her were five Purebred Malamute Husky pups. All of them observing and studying her. The male with red fur was named Copper, who was blind out of his left eye. Standing next to him was a male with white fur named Platinum, standing next to Platinum was a female with blonde fur and her name was Gold, standing behind Gold was a gray-furred male named Silver, and standing in front of the group was a small black-furred male named Iron, who had a white underbelly and a cowlick.

"Hey y'all, lean back. That's one of Balto's pups." Gold warned her brothers. "Dad said for us to keep distance."

"I never thought I'd get to see them up close." Silver stated. " I don't get it. That's the dog that saved this sorry little town from diphtheria. Why does Dad make it sound like he's such bad news?"

"Because Dad was going to do it, but Balto did It or the glory." Platinum said. " And on top of that, he's half wolf. He might just turn on us all one day. You know that if he's got wolf in him, he's bound to be a heartless and mindless savage." Platinum turned to their younger brother. " Am I right, Iron?... Iron?"

Platinum saw that Iron had his eyes locked on Saba. He was almost in another world. He was so focused on her, he did not notice that Platinum was trying to talk to him until Platinum just had enough and cuffed him at the back of his head.

"Ow!" Iron winced. "What did hit me like that for, Plat?"

"Why do you have to stare at her like that?" Copper finally stepped in. "Don't forget what Dad said: Balto's the enemy. So what does that make his family?"

"The enemy." Iron replied.

"Umh, guys?" Gold cutted in.

"What, Gold?" Copper asked irritated.

"She's gone." Gold pointed to an empty area where Saba was before continuing. " If you paid more attention and spent less time clowning around, you would've saw her leave."

"And why couldn't you go after her?" Platinum asked irritably.

"Yeah right." Gold scoffed. " Do I look like I fetch?"

While the Huskies were arguing, Saba was far too busy enjoying herself to notice she was ever being followed. As usual she was caught in her own music.

"Hey, watch me cut aloose,
Got more umph to knock bull moose,
But Baby, you got the spark to light my fuse,
Like any fruit or veggie, I got the juuuuuice."

"EXCUSE ME?" Balto exclaimed.

Saba turned around to see her father listening to her song.

"Busted?" She asked sheepishly.

"Busted!" Balto frowned.

There were a team of dogs pulling a dog sled in a race. They thought they were safely in the lead when another team of dogs were right behind them. The lead dog of that team and Balto had been rivals for years. That dog’s name was Steele. The bad dog everyone thought was good. There were two cliffs a little ways up where both teams couldn’t make the clearance.
“Steele we’re not going to make it.” A dog named Star from behind called out to Steele.
“Shut up” Steele said as he kicked Star in the face.
Steele focused on the third dog’s feet on the other team. He had an idea....

Balto: The Video Game

A Balto Video game everyone will enjoy. Or hate.

Red XIII :

Yes, I indeed program videos games myself. Just browsing one day and found no games in the Fan Game section. So I have decided to donate my skills, and yours, to create a video game.

I have already been working on it, just the basic 2d-side-scrolling adventure game.

The balto sprite has indeed been changed, too look more. . wolfish like. Unfortunately, the sprite editor that I use has brown, but not the different shades of it.

Balto:

  Balto: 80x35

Basically Balto must collect the medicine to proceed to the next...

Brendan Fraser was originally hired to provide the voice of Steele, the evil dog. He did record his part but his voice-over was subsequently discarded and the role went to Jim Cummings.
