We've never really seen any pf them fight without it. P'Li may have the advantage of height. But I feel Kuvira has the quick planning skills that could win her a fight. Poor Ming Ming...unless she's really good at kicking things...

I think either Zaheer because he WAS a none bender or Amon who could chi block and we saw him avoid lightning without bending .

Zaheer was a badass non bender and he was considered a top rated villain. They had him in a isolated prison because they feared he'd escape without bending. He didn't need bending to be a badass. Bending just made him more powerful than he already was.

But yeah, Zaheer was clearly a foe to be reckoned with before becoming an Air bender; he wasn't a dangerous villain because he was a master Air bender in the way the other villains were masters of their respective elements. I think the others would struggle fighting without their bending, since they've mostly grown to rely on it when fighting and learning to fight. Even Amon loses the edge he had over opponents without his invisible blood bending (which - though this is personal conjecture and nothing more - I think he used to take on powerful benders without needing to expose himself by using a visible display of bending). Zaheer's entire fighting knowledge is grounded in the ability to fight without these abilities, and he adapted them to fit his new Air bending powers. He'd almost certainly win in a fight without bending.

I dunno, but Imma learn from it. From now on, I will carry a picture of Zaheer in my pocket. Next time I come across a fight between people I will bring it out, and let the peace making process run its course. If my theory is correct, we'll have world peace this time next year!
