Korra Defence and why fans love her! 

This person did an amazing job! I agreed with everything he/she said! woo hoo! <3

Heh *smirks* that's just right , totally right why ppl love Korra and why she's not a "spoiled brat or jerk" . And that other link of a defence thing joyfulness submited is also true !

..........eh I get where the author is coming from, but I have a really, REALLY hard time agreeing with any of this. There are so many things that can be said to debate all of this.......ahhhh. I want to debate it so badly!!! Damn debate urges in me!!!

There were two things I really didn't care for in this article:
1. The author doesn't bring up how the cheating hurt ASAMI too. It wasn't just Bolin. And this irritates me because Korra didn't even apologize to Asami for cheating. Sure, Korra apologized for being judgmental and stereotyping Asami, which she shouldn't have done at all, but hey, I get Korra was jealous of Asami. But Korra not once apologizes for cheating and then stealing Mako away from Asami. Korra lets Mako take all the heat. Like the article said, it takes two to tango.......so Korra is just as much at fault. And also.... "Korra selflessly told Mako to comfort Asami." What in the hell is that!? Mako should have already been comforting HIS GF and shouldn't have been hanging around Korra, waiting for Korra to give him permission to go be with Asami. This right here irks me to no end.... and this is a red flag here. This is a big reason as to why I can't like Korra.....

2. And I really hate it when Korra fans blame the fact that Korra was taken to a compound for her upbringing......just no. Don't go there...... if you know something is wrong, you know in your gut. And I'm pretty sure the compound taught her about morals and values.......I get Korra is sheltered and this is her first time in a new environment, but let's not excuse her reckless behavior and blame it on her upbringing. Aang never was brought up by any compound, nor did he really have a childhood, yet he seemed to know right from wrong, and he thought EVERYTHING THROUGH.


Ugh.....the frustration I have for this and the urge for a debate right now is killing me!!!!

And if you wanna debate so badly with ppl who like/love Korra go on Tumblr , just saying a lot of LoK fans there debate there and dicuss why they don't like Korra or like her . And you can see a lot of different opinions and get eaten alive if you bash someone *sweatdrop*

^ lol Oh yeah....Tumblr takes their LOK to the next level. The debates are kind of meh in my opinion.....like each side stays on its side and they don't really mingle.

Well that's just ppl who like Korra's opinion and you know what i've seen on tumblr , all(most of) the users respect one another's opinions. :( Like i love Koraa (to a Korra hater) , ok but i don't . Or i hate Korra (to a Korra lover) , ok but i like her. And Tumblr fandom doesn't fight much and doesn't bash characters much so that's what i like about it. And the article's not bull , respect that person's opinion a little :(

I don't particularly agree with this article, but people can keep their own opinions. I won't judge them.

In all technicality, saying an article is bull is an opinion...........it isn't that she isn't respecting the opinion of those who like Korra, but rather she found the article bull.

But that's just me, as a third party, with no particular objective in the matter........ hehe

Also, judging others for their opinions like she is God or something -_____-So I'm a nutjob because I disagree with you and like Korra?! I understand that everyone has their own opinion and I love them but calling others name is not the way to go. I am so freaking sick of you pretending like your opinion is the right opinion and calling us Korra/Mako/MaKorra fans names because we don't agree with you.
