Asami or Korra

Forget mako. Asami and Korra can go date and then marry each other. Problem solved! Mako needs to go chill.

Mako deserves no one because he doesn't treat anyone with respect & is a selfish prick. However, if it's between Asami or Korra, the obvious choice would be Asami.
Masami had natural chemistry that was established from the minute they met. Mako was attracted to Asami and found her beautiful, whereas when he first met Korra, he could have cared less about her and only gave a shit when he found out she was the avatar.
Mako and Asami literally DID NOT have any problems with their relationship. The true hindrance to their relationship was in fact, Korra forcing her way in between them. And yes, Korra was the main instigator in the whole cheating fiasco, as she deliberately and intentionally kissed Mako, while knowing he was in a relationship. That behavior is inexcusable.
Masami didn't fight (until their fight involved Korra), and they generally were happy together. Not to mention, Mako seemed to be more personable when he was with Asami. After the first season, I'd say have Mako get with Korra.... two cheaters deserve each other..
When Makorra were together, dissension followed. Mako and Korra constantly fought, and they brought out the worst in each other. Korra felt that Mako wasn't supportive of her because Mako did not always agree with her, Mako chose HIS JOB over her, and Mako generally was more concerned with his own problems. Mako was very selfish..... and that does say a lot about their relationship. Additionally, Korra didn't let Mako have an opinion because Korra felt that she was right about everything and that Mako should agree with her. Relationships are not one-sided, and that's how Makorra felt at times. Mako sometimes cared more than Korra, and other times it felt like Korra only cared. In short, they are toxic together and they are better apart.

I also found it really interesting that in season 2, Mako breaks up with Korra and a week passes, and he already gets back with Asami after he generously offers to save her company. Mako tends to go to great lengths to help Asami when no one else will, and it was telling that he did more for Asami than he did for Korra. Mako cares a lot about Asami's well being and drops whatever he's doing to help her. Mako does help Korra, but only after the issue somehow involves him, his career, or poses a threat against humanity.
The whole ending for season 2 was ridiculous.... Mako forgetting about Asami once Korra gets back in the picture was another one of Mako's "finest" moments where his true douchey nature comes out. But I found this more as Mako fearing what Korra would do to him if he told her they had broken up and he got back with Asami. But communication is key, and Mako doesn't establish this with either one of the girls. Point being, Mako is the person that needs to change to match his significant other.
I personally favor Masami because it has more potential, isn't forced, & they generally are a better and more compatible couple.

I pretty much share that view point. Mako needs to stay away from these ladies. Asami in particular, she deserves better.

I want to say that people really need to get over the fact that Mako made mistakes in his relationships with both Asami and Korra. The fact that things have been settled between them as far as "dating" is concerned in the show should be enough for the fans to shut the hell up but, obviously not cause we're all just going to keep jumping on his case every chance we get, aren't we -_- Anyways my answer to your question is Makorra not just because I like them but, because I was never interested in Masami. I'm not saying that they weren't cute together but, to me they we're just an obstacle in the way for Makorra to finally get together, nothing more. I also want to say that if anything I have said offended anyone I apologize and that I know people are entitled to their own opinions but, I just don't understand when we have 3 episodes left that people are still slamming Mako or even Korra for the relationship troubles.
