POTENTIAL SPOILER: Is Korra really the last avatar?
I know it said she lost the connection to the past;lives, but is she really the last one? I just want it to be clear.

I don't think so. I reckon that the re-fusing with Rava just means that, while she can't connect to her past lives, she will be the first in a second wave of Avatars. If that makes sense.

I actually think they made Korra the new "first avatar." I think she's supposed to be paralleling to Wan, or something along those lines. I'm really not sure. The writing was very unclear, and the portrayal of all of this was botchy, to say the least. I'm just wondering if there is going to be a Dark Avatar.....even though Unalaq was defeated, because he fused with a spirit, doesn't that start a chain? I'm thinking they are going to have a Dark Avatar and Good Avatar for the rest of the series....and Korra will be the first, starting a new generation of avatars. It's just a tad cliche.
