Granted, they are both crazy bitches who are sly and sarcastic, but Bellatrix knows how to control herself; at least, she knows now to use her insanity and power carefully without going nuts like Azula did after Katara defeated her. Azula is much trickier than Bellatrix, because she manipulates a lot of people; Bellatrix mainly followed her love, Voldemort, and was desctructive and very evil because of her love. Azula went evil mainly because she was always at her father's side, and she did what she thought was good, for her anyway. But since Dumbledore and Iroh are both wise old men who are willing to help those in need and know what to say to those in trouble.
