We already have one abomination. I`m scared to see another one. I really really hope that we get one great movie with good cast instead of second abomination.

Pretty excited but also nervous. At least the cast will be more racially accurate and I doubt it will be as bad the Shamalan's version.

Honestly, I am on the fence about it but certainly look forward in seeing the results for the most part. With the Creators being involved and the Series not being limited into one Movie, I am still hopeful !!!!

I actually am because the original creators are actually the ones in charge of the project and will be faithful to it. The casting will be racially correct this time as well! I just hope that they do make changes so we can be kept on our toes. I mean, if they don't make changes, why bother making it when we have the original? I doubt that it'll be as good as the original because the original was just absolute perfection, but knowing that the original creators are the ones in charge of this is making me really hopeful. Plus, a live-action TV show version does give it a lot more room for character development and world building than just a live-action movie. I am curious who they'll cast as the characters. I keep imagining Jamie Chung as Azula and, even though she's not Asian (Specifically Inuit), I keep imagining Auli'i Cravalho (The voice of Moana) as Katara. But I doubt those casting choices would happen. I'm really curious about what they'll do with it. I do trust Mike and Bryan WAY MORE than I do M. Night Shama-lama-ding-dong!

This is why I'm more optimistic.

I'm thrilled to see who they'll cast and what developments will be added to the characters.

Despite also being filled with tremendous fear, I do have a lot more optimism for this one.

I feel like I'm mostly optimistic, but I do have some concerns.
