I saw a lunar eclipse once. It was the most amazing thing I have ever encountered in my life!

I've seen quite a few Lunar Eclipses & they can differ lot in brightness and redness due to the amount of volcanic ash & dust etc. in Earth's atmosphere: the more there is the redder & dimmer the Moon appears during the Total phase. It's a good indication of how clean, or not, the atmoshere is.
I've only seen one Total Solar Eclipse in 1999 & it was UNFORGETABLE! You really can see the stars in the sky during the Total phase & the Diamond Ring effect after was sheer MAGIC!

I would LOVE to see a solar or lunar eclipse. But knowing me I will probably never see neither with my own eyes...

I've seen quite a few lunar eclipses including last december. But, I've never seen a solar eclipse.

I stayed up 'til 2:00 AM so I could see one.
BOY, WAS IT WORTH IT!!!!!
I would do it again in a heartbeat.
It was so cold, and I went outside at 2:00 in the morning wearing nothing but my PJs to watch it.

I remember the total solar eclipse of '99. It was awesome. Confused my rabbit though. He thought we were having a really short night.

I've also seen a few lunar eclipses. Although none of them really matched the epicness of the total solar eclipse, they are still pretty cool. :)
