My best friend is an Aquarius, and I'm a Leo! Is this kind of strange?

I'm an Aquarius and my Best Friend is a Leo and we get along fine. I dont know if the 2 signs are suppose "not get long that well" or not but To me I don't think It matters What sign you are...The most important is that your friends...

it doesn't seem unusual because leo and aquarius are both very outgoing and fun-loving and very active and musical. you two could be very different. but very much the same all in one. it's not that they don't get along, it's just said that they are said to be complete opposites. it could also be that you compliment each other. leos like to take the lead, and aquarius are ones who like to follow. they are very trusting and will follow someone they trust in a heartbeat.

Yes and no. I myself am also a leo and i have a friend who is aquarius. We get along just fine when we visit each other and really opposite signs can get along very well, especially if they share the same interests. Most leo's and aquarian's don't get on, but that doesn't mean they don't full stop.
A sign can be friends with any other sign, you don't have to be completely dependant on what astrologers say about your sign ^_^

i too am an aquarius, but all because ur compadibility sign says u dont get along, it doesnt allways mean its true, numerology can get in the way of ur zodiac sign, but only sometimes.

We rarely have any arguments at all. As for love I don't think Aquarius & Leo match so well because that's what my grandparents are but there's always an exception to the rule.

hi, this is not unusual. i am a leo and i have a best friend that's aquarius too. i've read many sites saying that the two signs can't get along and many saying that the two can get along better then anything. as far as i'm concerned it can be either. your moon, venus, and mars signs count too. they are also polar signs and help each other understand themselves better. hope that helps! It would be weird if Leo and Aquarius DIDN'T get along since the astrologers say Leo and Aquarius are a perfect for each other. Both in love and friendship. It even stands in both the chinese and the japanese zodiac.

I'm a leo and my best friend is an aquarius. I'm not sure you're right that Leos and Aquarians are not suppose to get along. Yes, Leos and Aquarians are the oppsite signs for each other but they're also suppose to be one of the best relationship and friendship signs when paired. So I think it completely normal. Although, I must say try not to get into any major fights because we are BOTH stubborn signs. :/
