That's their way of feeling better about fact that that couple sparks fireworks all over the damn scene, are sexy as hell and for some reason "they don't have chemistry" makes them feel better. No matter that they are so freaking erotic together that just them talking sents smoke out of the back of their TV sets. Of course chemistry is subjective but as I stated in my other post, when people that say such then use one of the actors scens with said women (in all cases I've seen its the woman they want to kick off the show) and put them with another actress in their manip videos and say how wonderful it looks they completely contradict themselves and are too dumb to realize it. Melisey I think it is excellent that you girls bring up this topic. I believe that silence is the best response to a fool. But sometimes you have to react to stupidity and speak up for what is right. And this spot is perfect for this subject.. Well we all see chemistry differently. But in the Merlin fandom it goes beyond that. They use arguments that are totally invalid and very often hateful. Because even if not everybody can see the chemistry. Good actors can act that they are in love. That is something that is as clear as daylight. A good actor can play that he is in love with a stone if he has too. So they criticize the acting abilities of Angel/Bradley. And that is part of what bothers me. They so often seem to contradict what they are saying. Like when they make manips of Arwen pictures. I don’t mind people seeing things from different perspectives. I just want valid and respectful arguments. I have read comments that say that they should recast Gwen, because she lacks chemistry with Arthur. Should the fandom make casting decisions? LOL What about all of us who see the chemistry? Don’t they see that their opinion is subjective and very often clouded? Why do they attack Angel Coulby and not Bradley James? I have never heard the argument that they should recast Arthur. I feel I am reading between the lines with this fandom. There is a lot of immaturity. Some fans seem to want Bradley James to play the lover of their favorite character. So they see Gwen as an obstacle. She gets all the bitterness they seem to have because their “couple” is not canon. They have decided that they are against Arthur and Guinevere. So no matter how wonderful Bradley and Angel play the love story. It will never be enough for those fans. If they actually changed their attitude, they might see it totally different. I believe that their focus determines what they see. The love story of show, is Arthur and Guinevere. They can not change that. So learn to live with it. Or find another show. It is not worth being bitter about. They can not direct the wind but they can adjust the sails. Well enough of my ranting. I am sorry about that. :) I didn’t even see this on tumbir. I just wanted to comment on the matter. Because sometimes I feel it is necessary.

What makes me laugh is the fact that it is easy to say B/A have no chemistry because they do not like them together which is the core of their dislike. I laugh when I hear that they are disliked because Arthur had fallen in love too quickly. Geez, he has been loving this woman gone three years now so get the hell over it. I laugh when I hear that Bradley does not like Angel yet they never say it the other way round because god forbid they would have to critisize him and that IS NOT THEIR AGENDA. We all really know what the agenda is and I laugh because the Merlin powers to be will not listen to a small minority of restless haters including racists. Yes, I've said it, there are some among them that try to infiltrate their hatred disguising it as fans. At the end of the day everyone likes who they want to and I have no problems with that. But when they make out that the majority feel that way then babe, they will have a problem with me. They indeed need a reality check and remember that there are millions of viewers who love the show and watch every Saturday night and a few thousand haters on the internet are pityful in comparison.

angelmygirl2 EP agree with you totally. people have agendas and always try to find ways of justifying them. As for the part where Bradley doen't like Angel, I have yet to see someone who doesn't like another but spends so much time with that person even when they dont have to. He would be trying to keep as far from her as possible but on set they seemed to spend quite a bit of time together going b the number of pictures that they are in together.

With heaving bosoms knocks out Merls twice, makes discovers at bath time, much more in the way of heaving with her chaparone Gaius at her side. I see a comedy of errors and Arthur being totally, blissfully oblivious as always.

azwarrior I will forever shake my head at those who say no chemistry exist between these two actors. Just watching them through my computer screen is electrifying! I can only imagine what it must FEEL like for those lucky enough to be in their presence. As for those who want to spew out hate well, I just feel SAD for them.
