Does anyone know why vampires and twilight is related to pretty much every single club?

if you go to a club about puppies and then go to related clubs you'll see some type of twilight , vampires, or werewolves club, WHICH IS NOT RELATED TO PUUPPIES AT ALLLLLLLLLLL!
