Here’s the rules for the Nomination Round: voters will have until tomorrow to add characters who aren't already listed that they would like to nominate for the contest. Please do not vote for existing characters but add the ones you want to see included. You can also nominate up to 3 more Villains in the comments. If you vote for any character in this Round 0, it will not count in their favor or against them.

In case you don't know Black Butler, the reason I put "Ash/Angela" is because SPOILER!...... They are the same person. Also, do Naoi from Angel Beats! and Kira Kousuke from Btooom!! count? *Spoliers ahead if anyone cares* Naoi does turn good eventually, but he started out with a full intent to harm the main heroes, and the only reason he turned/stayed good was the main character. Also, I don't know about Kousuke because he does try to kill the main character and is a sadistic psycho, but I don't know if he's a villain or not... huh... Only in anime could he NOT be a villain.... Anyways, if Naoi and Kousuke count, I would like to nominate them. (Sowwyz for the long comment)
