Himaruya draws a good bit of his artwork in color, the manga is in black and white, but just his drawings or the covers are usually in color.

I was just surprised at how many covers have France with a prominent role on it. I haven't been up-to-date with the Hetalia manga/webcomic so I don't know how many volumes are out now. '^^
But anyways Himuraya has great art, and you sure have good taste in icon pictures.
