Actually This usually depends on the character,there have been times where I do prefer the antagonist over the protaginist,especially in some Pokemon episodes XD,but yeah that depends on the personality,but overall I usually like the protagonist better of the two.

It really depends for me... Sometimes I really hate the villain and love the protagonist. An example of that would be Peach Girl. I love Momo, but Sae just annoyed me. Other times I love the villain and hate the protagonist. An example of that would be Death Note. I really, really don't like Light, but L is just pure awesomeness. So it basically depends on what anime it is.

It does all depend really, but normal I like the villians more.

Usually, I end up liking minor characters the most XD

but the only villain I've come to really really like (that I can remember) is Izaya~ but then and again, that show has a lot of awesome characters~

I really depends on the characters in the show as well as their character development, I guess~

Hmm it depends.

I mean, I normally like the hero... but the villains always seem to be such better developed characters and way more interesting.

I mean, take the Akatsuki from Naruto for example, they are freakin badass ;)

I usually like the villain more.
