This isn't close whatsoever, Moka has no way to fight against Lucys vectors which Moka can't see and is too slow to even dodge them. It depends on which version of Lucy you mean though, if you mean manga Lucy then Moka would die instantly but if you mean anime Lucy then it would take 1 maybe 2 seconds longer for Lucy to win but in the end its the same obvious outcome
