i know its based off a game but its the only anime thats ever made me cry

When I watched it I cried like crazy... The anime is so sad in the end that I couldn't stop, even after watching the last episode for several times. After I finished it I was crying every time I remembered it for 3 days and was depressed for a week... TT^TT

Ps:will watch soon rumbling hearts, but not when I am depressed or I might do something stupid -_-''

I cried when I watch the death of Roto and Lelouch but Lelouch's death is the saddest.It breaks my heart when I watch someone that I like so much died.

ive never seen chrono crusade is it any good i ment to watch it but never got around to it

This is 1 of the best anime out there but very sad at the same time. The ending was sad as hell but this have a good story line to it so u should go see if u love anime.

i cried so much when i saw chrno crusade i hoped that the end was a happy one

Code geass always had someone die! Most of the people that died were my fave characters! But when lelouch died I was crying for a week!Code geass is truely the saddest anime I've ever seen!*now crying that lelouch died again*

There were a number of anime I found to be sad but Angel Beats was a really sad anime every character it seemed had a sad backstory,with the disappearances of characters and especially the ending the anime was just so sad T.T

I cried more than once~
That's how sad it was~

Also Elfen Lied and Ano Natsu no Matteru

Angel Beats and Chrono Crusade are two animes in which I totally balled at the end ;)

I found Code Geass, Elfen Lied, and Death Note to be quite tragic. ;_;

AIR also broke my heart, but I feel that it was uplifting, for the most part.
