For an anime I was about to watch I was feeling a bit picky in whether I should go for an English sub or dub of it after seeing someone’s post of “Subbed Vs Dubbed” I was thinking how a majority tend to watch anime in general. Would it still be practically same nonetheless?
Note: these pictures aren’t exactly the same if you click on them and look at the written dialogue. There are differences.
At least from what I’ve gathered: link

I am totally up for either, but subs are just flat easier to find.

While I personally perfer the subbed version, another reason is to learn Japanese and keep me from forgetting things I know in Japanese lol. Since I don't speak Japanese in general because I know anyone fluent in Japanese in my life. Either way I would watch anime dubbed sometimes.

It really depends if there is a dub.

Typically. I will watch dubs occasionally (like if I'm multi-tasking and can't look up to read subs) but typically I think subs sound nicer.

It depends on the anime. When I was a kid most animes shown on TV or downloaded from the net were in english. So now whenever I watch an old or classic anime I prefer Dubbed because of the nostalgia factor but prefer Subbed for the new animes.

The only time I watch dubs is when I'm watching an anime with someone else who likes dubs. If I'm by myself it's always, always subs.

I almost don’t mind English voice actors just as long as I still get the details and stories that many anime fans like to talk about. I guess for whenever I have time I would go for subbed, but if there was ever a case where I would try 5-10 episodes per day then dub might suit that, however it’s if anything is altered to much in the English dub then that’s where I’m wary.

The one anime I actually enjoyed the dub of was Hetalia

Now it's biased in a way. I speak Japanese a lot at my house, since my parents moved from Japan about an year before I was born, and while I'm better at English, it just doesn't sound good. Besides, the seiyuu sound better than (almost) all of the VA's and they convey the character better

(this is also coming from the person who understands no French whatsoever yet watches Miraculous Ladybug in French just because they like Alya's voice better in French than English)
