Normally if I dislike a character. I dislike them. Only when other people say something in contrast is when I think about said character. I hardly dislike characters anyways as it is though.

I tried to like Sakura. I really did. But there was no way in hell I would have succeed in that. Same goes for Yuki (Vampire Knight).

I tried to like Aki Adagaki from Masamune-kun no Revenge but I just could not. I can't stand her. It's extremely rare that I dislike a character as much as her but it happens sometimes.

i actually try liking characters that i am neutral about since there DOES need to be appreciation for them but i always end up back at neutral with a distant understanding of why i should like them.
