Although both of them are my favorites, I have to go with Erza because she's my seventh favorite anime character.

Honestly, even though I absolutely love them both, Lucy is everything you could possibly want in a protagonist. She's comical, strong (but not to the point of overpowered), well-written (due to being realistic and having excellent depth and development), and not to mention beautiful. Sure, Erza's got these things too, but she just doesn't work them like Lucy does~

I know everyone's gonna hate me for this but.. I actually think Lucy is quite annoying because.. why does she have to cry everytime after a fight saying "IT'S MY FAULT I'M SO SORRY". Also maybe it's also the fact that I ship NaLi not NaLu, but I don't think that effects it.
