And even though he blames Shizuo for him not being able to show emotions, he still supposts and helps him. Shizuo loves him a lot and everything he does is for him. You mess with Kasuka, Shizuo will kick your a**. They need each other. Shizuo would die to protect Kasuka. posted over a year ago.

	Residentchick picked Shizuo x Kasuka / Durarara: I think this pairing might be canon actually.. >_> Izaya did say durning the episode 13 fight that he had some obsession/strange love for Kasuka if I do presume. Kasuka also did some on his part by changing his name not only for fame but to protect his brother.
