There's only one rule to this: You have to pick a character based on their abilities. You cannot pick someone based on personal preferences. You also can't pick a character over another simply because you know that character (let's say that the two choices are Sven Holgersson from Voltron and Norway from Hetalia. You aren't allowed to pick Norway simply because you have no idea who Sven is).

Since people are apparently too stupid and/or lazy to look up a character's name on Google, I'll leave links to Wiki articles (not the best source, I know) where you can read up on a character. Anyways...

A whole country, with armies and weapons Vs one robot. Now if it's just her country, she would probably still win. But if her allies are working with her, she would easyly win.

So does Cyclonus, who happens to have his Decepticon buddies on his side (one of which just happens to be the mighty Megatron himself). Add in the Mini-Cons (INB4 Pokeformers), which boost their firepower to high levels link, and you've got one seriously f***ed country.

If a small country's army was capable of destroying Cyclonus and other Decepticons they would have done it....

Depends on what kind of battle and rules there are, allies or no allies.

If I remember correctly, end of Armada had Unicron in and usually the Decepticons work under him via Megatron. I'm pretty sure you don't want allies involved ¬¬

1. is more than 12 times her size?
2. transforms into a helicopter with laser weapons?
and 3. can attach a smaller robot to himself to boost his firepower to really high levels?

And by the way, I think I better make this clear: As far as I and this tourney are concerned, Belarus and every other Hetalia character that finds his/her way here is simply human. Nothing more, nothing less. That "he's/she's a country" bullcrap means nothing (you don't see me saying "Cyclonus instantly wins cause he's a helicopter", now do you?).

And if it isn't too much to ask, may I kindly request that you provide a link to a video or something that proves the fighting prowess you claim Belarus has? I left some proof of Cyclonus' abilities, so I don't think it would hurt for you (or anyone else who's siding with Belarus here) to do the same.

Fighting powers? Look at history for god sakes, that's the easy part for Hetalia. And yes, they ARE the countries. Just because you don't pay attention and listen, doesn't mean that makes them a 'human'. Number one, they can't die! They're immortal, the only why they can die is if their country is destroyed. That's why Holy Rome is dead and I'm pretty sure Prussia is dead too.
