Welcome back to the Anime Awards! I have been wanting to start this back up for a while now, it has been far to long since our last one. This time the rules will be slightly different, but we can discuss that down below. I have big plans for it this year, and I hope we'll be able to finish it this time. We will discuss on which topics will be used this year and what can be nominated.


This is the Anime Awards 2016! Have fun!

Rules:
- Must nominate for the round that is OPEN.
-Nominations must be from between 2015-2016
- Everyone can nominate up to TWO nominations for each topic.
- Don't nominate something, if someone else already has nominated it
- Must post a video or picture for each topic. A link to the picture or video is fine.
- Depending on the topic, a screenshot picture for the topic will be better then fanart.
- If you'd like to suggest a new topic, please feel free to do so.
- if you break the rules, your nominations with not be aloud.

Okay looks like we can reply now. So I'd like to talk about what we can do for it this year. I was thinking instead of having it be a free for all, everyone nominating any Anime they want. I thought we could only have us nominate anime that have been made through 2015-2016. Like most award shows do, they nominate shows that were made since the last one. I thought this would be a good way to give newer anime the spot light. So anime like Snow White with the Red Hair won't get overshadowed by an anime as big as Bleach.

But what do you guys think?

Since I was not there when the last Awards were held,I think that it's a great idea.The new anime will gain some importance that way :)

I am trying to decide if the Fate/Stay characters should be aloud. It seems like it'd be mainstream. It feels like it has been on for years and have a bunch of seasons. I don't know anything about it, so I can't judge it easily. :/ over a year ago

And I would like to discuss a few things as well. I am trying to think of two new categories that will replace 'Most Heartwarming Moment' and 'Saddest Moment' since I think that'll be trouble for spoilers. I was thinking of adding Best Movie, but I need other ideas.

Also how serious should we take the 'no mainstream' rule? Because I was thinking and even I have a few choices I'd want to use for best kiss, family, and canon couple that is mainstream *cough*Naruto*cough*.

RWBY

The art style of this series is so unique and so beautiful, just like the story itself. I was turned off by it at first, but quickly fell in love with it and couldn't imagine it with any other style.

The art style for this Anime makes every second enjoyable. It can do serious, cute, funny, beautiful, stunning, sexy, and just breathtaking. The fact that it can go from a sparkly beautiful image right to a hilarious undescribable one is just amazing. It can make you cry from laughter and sheer beauty. It makes my heart melt. ♥
