hi i been trying to get a black butler rp started but it keep dying or not starting. so lets hope this one can start up. you can use as many fan characters as you want but you can only use 3 of the real ones. i hope that fair. if a main character have been not use for along time like if you drop out another person can take over. and no killing other people characters without asking.
