Anime Question

I need help...again...

An anime about a creepy high school girl. I don't know to much about her, but it's said to be a little bloddy, and to be a horror anime. The girl cut her own hair short, and left only a little long piece, on the left side of her head, and she has got white ribbons around it... That's all I know, but I'd love to know some more.

Yes I'm pretty sure it is, it's just that I'm no good at explaning stuff... I'm not certain what you mean 'bout 'that kind of thing'

he/she means stuff like Higurashi, Elfen Lied. i would never suggest school days. i thought the only bloody epsiode was the last one maybe OVA, too.
