What's this anime?

Ever had a random picture from an anime/ova that you watched a long time ago, and now seeing it makes you want to travel down nostalgia lane............... but can't for the life of you remember it's name?

Soooooo.......... can anyone help me scratch my itch?

It's a fluffy romance ova, similar to nagareboshi lens (watched them at the same time, also had pictures.... however i was lucky enough that 'lens' had it's name on it)

I feel like it had something to do with puppies and chocolate.
